Paws Care Foundation Expands Animal Welfare Efforts with Medical Aid Program

Paws Care Foundation continues its mission of animal welfare with the launch of a new medical aid program aimed at providing essential healthcare services to stray dogs. Founders Aditya Belnekar, Monish Radia, Manish Chaurasia, and Shivani Thakrani are spearheading this initiative to ensure that stray dogs receive not only nutrition but also medical attention for a healthier life.

“We realized that feeding the animals was just the first step. Many of these dogs are suffering from untreated injuries or illnesses,” said Aditya Belnekar. “By addressing their medical needs, we can truly improve their quality of life.”

In collaboration with veterinarians and volunteers, Paws Care Foundation will conduct regular health check-ups, vaccinations, and treatments for stray dogs across South Mumbai. The initiative will also include spaying and neutering programs to control the stray dog population and prevent future suffering.

The foundation is calling on animal lovers and the community to contribute towards the medical aid program. “Every little bit helps, whether it’s through donations or volunteering. Together, we can make sure these animals live healthier, happier lives,” said Shivani Thakrani.

The foundation is optimistic about the positive change this new program will bring, as they continue their mission to protect and care for stray dogs throughout the city.
