A name that almost everyone who cares about the faces behind the songs we listen to knows, is Andre Yarbrough, aka Mu Diamonds. Hailing from Buffalo, New York, the rapper and music composer is nothing short of a genius, having released several hit songs such as “FlexGrind”, “Still Dunkin”, “Outta My Mind” and “Engaged 2 Da Money” to name just a few. You would expect that someone with so many accolades under his belt must be experienced, both professionally and personally, and you would be right. Mu Diamonds has seen a lot of life and gone through both ups and terrible downs to reach the position where he is at today. Unfortunately, Mu Diamonds had to lose mobility below his waist, during this journey. But being in a wheelchair for more than a decade now has not deterred him in the slightest.

As a child, Mu Diamonds was the eldest of 7 siblings and it was hard keeping them off the streets with the only help being his mother. Bad company and the absence of a father figure put Mu Diamonds to prison and it wasn’t until he was 26 years old, that Mu Diamonds realised what he had been doing with his life. Mu Diamonds built his own recording label by the name of “Dynesty Entertainment” after he was released and has now expanded it to a modelling agency as well.

It is no wonder that with such good beats and an amazing sense of competitive friendliness Mu Diamonds has made a name for himself both as a musician as well as an inspirational story. Mu Diamonds has taken up his name as the “King of Buffalo” and the “Hardest rapper that’s in a wheelchair”. These titles both represent the journey that Mu Diamonds has lived through and the story that he will now bring. People from all over the world have been fascinated by this man’s undying strength and courage to pursue his true passions even in the presence of both physical as well as environmental limitations.

Andre is also a devoted father to a seventeen-year-old. Building a good future for his son is one of the biggest motivating factors that keep him going. Despite facing so many life-threatening situations, he is not a quitter and even plans to open his own clothing company in the future.
